Overview
The content/client manager will have their own set of clients that they solely manage from brainstorming content to final execution. They may also be a part of team-managed clients providing one piece of the marketing puzzle (either blogs, email management, or social media) and working alongside another Next Page team member who “leads” that client. Tasks include:
- Develop content calendars and social media strategies for clients

- Write copy
- Establish cadence
- Design graphics or choose stock photography
- Approve scheduled posts/provide feedback for Project Administrator
- Monthly client meetings
- Provide agendas, as needed
- Email campaigns
- Blog writing
- Other writing/editing services
- Marketing strategy consulting
- Developing monthly analytics reports for clients
- Bi-Weekly Internal Meetings, as needed
- Quarterly Team Meetings
The ideal candidate will have the following characteristics:
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and editing skills
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Flexible to client requests
- Strong follow-up with clients
- Open to feedback and constructive criticism
- Understanding of social media channels for businesses
- Ability to take client/team calls M-F between 9am – 5pm
- Familiar with:
- Familiar with (or willing to learn):
- G-Suite
- Google Meetings
- Google Sheets
- Asana (Project Management Platform)
- Sendible (Social Media Scheduling Platform)
- Canva (Creative Design Platform)
- Slack
- Mail Chimp, Constant Contact, Flodesk and other Email management platforms
