Overview

The content/client manager will have their own set of clients that they solely manage from brainstorming content to final execution. They may also be a part of team-managed clients providing one piece of the marketing puzzle (either blogs, email management, or social media) and working alongside another Next Page team member who “leads” that client. Tasks include:

  • Develop content calendars and social media strategies for clients
    • Write copy
    • Establish cadence
    • Design graphics or choose stock photography
  • Approve scheduled posts/provide feedback for Project Administrator
  • Monthly client meetings
    • Provide agendas, as needed
  • Email campaigns
  • Blog writing
  • Other writing/editing services
  • Marketing strategy consulting
  • Developing monthly analytics reports for clients
  • Bi-Weekly Internal Meetings, as needed
  • Quarterly Team Meetings

The ideal candidate will have the following characteristics:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication and editing skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines consistently
  • Flexible to client requests
  • Strong follow-up with clients
  • Open to feedback and constructive criticism
  • Understanding of social media channels for businesses
  • Ability to take client/team calls M-F between 9am – 5pm

    • G-Suite
    • Google Meetings
    • Google Sheets
    • Asana (Project Management Platform)

    • Mail Chimp, Constant Contact, Flodesk and other Email management platforms
