  • Draft and complete contracts.
  • Talk to Potential Sellers/Buyers and negotiate price
  • Manage communication with title company; managing status of closing as well as resolving minor issues
  • Coordinate Surveys
  • Coordinate Property Photos
  • Provide information and answer questions about properties for sale
  • Present properties to potential buyers and address questions or concerns
  • Coordinate and review tasks handled by virtual assistant
  • Pay is $2,500/month with commission on each property sale.

About

We are a land investing company. Similar to house flipping but we flip and develop land only. We are looking for qualified applicants to serve as a specialist/coordinator with property owners as well as prospective buyers. Your main job function will be constant communication with both prospective sellers and prospective buyers. Secondary, you will navigate the entire transaction from start to finish of each property purchase and sale.

Qualifications

Skills Past Experience in Real Estate and/or Sales Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation You MUST be able to speak fluent English, work during US hours, and have impromptu calls with me same day. I NEED someone who is persistent. A "go-getter!" With our potential sellers, you often have to follow up 10+ times to get the deal done! You MUST be able to give feedback. What's working? What's not? How can we improve our process? When someone responds to our marketing efforts wanting to sell us their land, you will be the person in charge of talking with them, getting papers signed, coordinating transactions, and handling internal business tasks Our company is GROWING. A lot. This comes with great opportunity, and also some growing pains. The ideal applicant is excited about working towards challenging goals, and getting a nice bonus when we get there!  The ideal applicant will need little to no oversight within 6 weeks of hiring/training. That being said, my only goal is to support YOU and help YOU make as much money as possible. You need to be comfortable making phone calls to land sellers. You must be able to confidently deliver a message over the phone and understand you may not get favorable responses
