Overview
We are seeking a talented Administrative Assistant/ Project Manager for a Real Estate Professional. Your primary role will be helping a real estate agent perform efficiently and help increase productivity.
Responsibilities
· Knowledge of Calendly. Able to assist and manage the schedule
· Assist with email drip campaigns
· Organized
· Verify marketing projects in the pipeline with agents and transaction coordinator
· Communicate with other agents, as needed and assist keeping schedule up to date
· Coordinate closing gifts for clients
· Help with various other administrative duties

CRM knowledge
Tech Savvy
Ability to assist with marketing campaigns
This is a Part-time job (15 hours a week) that is 100% remote. This is a 1099 position and pay depends on your skill level. ($17-$25/ hr.)
