POSITION OVERVIEW
This is a long-term role for a thoughtful, detail-oriented Social Media Specialist/Copywriter.  We are looking for someone that can execute and expand on our monthly social media strategy by writing emails and creating social media posts to retarget the current audience and generate new leads to book a call and attend launch events.

The ideal candidate can create graphics in Canva.  We are looking for an individual, (not looking for an agency) and ideally, has experience in the High-Ticket Personal development niches (10K+ pricepoint) with offers targeting women.

SCOPE OF WORK

  • Execute and expand on our existing monthly social media strategy and quarterly launches and plan the upcoming 3 months of content and special launches
  • Prepare and post all social media elements (graphics, copy, videos).
  • Monitor and create engagement in our private Facebook group as well as Instagram.
  • Repurpose email content and flip it into posts to Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Take our new and existing content that includes success story interviews, FB lives, our mantras, and myth-busting info and turn it into graphics and posts for engagement. Add content across all channels to spread awareness and make people think deeply and honestly about their situations.
  • Continuously, monitor and document ROI for postings including:
    • Reach
    • Cost (if applicable)
    • Open rates
    • Cales
    • Monthly report on ROI elements mentioned above.
    • From time to time assist and/or moderate for launch webinars and Facebook Live dropping links and answering questions.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND OTHER CRITERIA:

  • Canva graphics software
  • (Bonus) Keap/ Infusionsoft CRM
  • (Bonus) ClickUp (or similar) Project Management Software
  • Strong demonstrated capability in producing social media strategies for high-end services.
  • Marketing copywriting, and graphics capability with demonstrated a track record of generating a high ROI
