Overview
We are a fast-growing group of physicians who are invested in a unique brand of small assisted living communities where seniors needing assistance can receive high quality loving care on a 24/7 basis. We’re seeking a caring driven Marketing Manager who can help bring awareness of our services to the communities we serve. You will also have the opportunity to participate in web-based marketing or other marketing-related tasks as your schedule permits.
Responsibilities for this position include:
– Reaching out to established contacts via phone or Zoom to develop ongoing relationships that drive awareness of our communities
– Researching and connecting with new industry contacts
– Handwritten notes to current and inactive contacts to build on those relationships
– Follow up with family members of existing residents by phone to ensure satisfaction
– Collect client testimonials as appropriate
– Document information into our CRM system
– Assist our operational team with marketing-related tasks as needed
Qualifications/Skills Needed
– Strong communication skills, well-spoken, and a willingness to develop new contacts
– Compassion for seniors and the desire to be a part of a servant-based organization
