Overview

I have a need for a Social Media Manager with experience using LinkedIn and the Sales Navigator tool. I need someone who can learn to respond to comments on behalf of the owner and take instruction from the owner to learn how to speak on behalf of the owner.

Responsibilities:

  • Post messages to new contacts on LinkedIn using the Sales Navigator tool. I have standard messages targeted at specific types of new contacts on LinkedIn.
  • Respond on behalf of the owner to LinkedIn messages to the owner.  I need someone who can learn from me and who can learn to respond the way I would respond. There will be training on this.
  • Post comments on LinkedIn based on the directions from the owner.
  • Respond on behalf of the owner to comments on those posts on LinkedIn.
  • Work with the owner and the writer to break up written articles and blog posts to create snippets of content to post on LinkedIn.
  • This job will start out at approximately 10 hours per week.

Qualifications:

  • Experience responding to comments on LinkedIn posts on behalf of someone else.
  • Experience using the Sales Navigator tool on LinkedIn.
  • Basic understanding of real estate investment concepts.

About

This company is a single owner LLC and invests in real estate and raises capital for real estate syndications.

The LLC is registered in Texas.  The owner lives in Houston, TX.  The company invests anywhere in the U.S. and in the future may invest in real estate in other countries.
