Overview

We are a San Francisco based startup investment fund. We dream of becoming the best investment firm anywhere. Our CEO runs an investment company and is the COO of a Silicon Valley technology company. He is looking for a virtual assistant to help him be in 3 places at once. The position is virtual and can be done anywhere.

Duties

  • Manage emails
  • Complete various tasks
  • Manage CEO’s calendar
  • Prioritize CEO’s tasks
  • Help with business and personal projects (combination of personal and executive assistant)
  • Collaborate with other family assistant

Requirements

  • 2+ years of VA experience
  • College graduate
  • Experience using G-suite, including Docs, Sheets, Calendar, and Gmail
  • Great written skills
  • Works fast and efficiently
  • Rarely gets overwhelmed or flustered
  • Able to juggle and track many projects simultaneously
  • Ability to figure things out without a lot of guidance
  • Never misses deadlines
  • Takes ownership of tasks
  • Has the ability to problem solve or communicate so that assigned task always get done on time
  • Unafraid to ask questions
  • Always suggests a course of action rather than asking what s/he should do

Desired

  • Experience using Asana Project Management software
  • Flexible with working hours
  • Experience using Harvest
  • Willingness to use Trusted Nanny app and Zum Driver app
