Overview

Currently, we are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and marketing support, working alongside the business owner. As our Virtual Assistant, you will perform a variety of administration tasks and assist with marketing efforts. As a Virtual Assistant, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum to no supervision.

Responsibilities:

– Handle and respond to emails and phone calls
– Schedule meetings organize calendar
– Manage CRM contact list
– Prepare and manage spreadsheets and online records
– Perform market research
– Create presentations, as assigned
– Assist with our social media account
– Prepare marketing materials
– Provide customer service to all of our clients

Requirements:

– Up to 5 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant; Administrator or Executive Assistant background a plus
– Proficient using current technologies such as, desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
– 3 years experience using word-processing software and spreadsheets (ie. Microsoft Office and Google Business Suite)
– Proficient using online calendars and scheduling

Salary and Schedule:

– $22 to $28 per hour

– 20 hours per week

– 1099 contract

– Remote position (must have strong internet connection)
