Overview

We are looking for a Lead Manager to answer calls live (100%) and respond to leads as fast as possible, while building rapport and trust with the seller. We want to make them feel that we care about them and want to help solve their problem, no matter what it is, however we can. Your responsibility is to hear them out, determine they have a property for sale, and schedule them for an appointment if applicable. You will also manage our customer database, provide admin support when not on the phone and lead generate.

 

Responsibilities

-Rapidly respond to online lead sources (Website leads, FB, SEO, FB, PPC)

-Set 10 appointments per week per active Acquisitions Rep

-Podio (CRM) management

-Google Calendar Management

-Marketing Tracking spreadsheet input

-Follow up with potential sellers to set appointments

-Support the rest of the team

-Regularly post to craigslist

-Regularly check for FSBOs (zillow, craigslist)

-Obtain pre-foreclosure auction leads and skip trace

-Returned mail data entry and skip trace

-Obtain leads (probate, tax delinquent, eviction, code violation)

-Obtain dealmachine leads

-Other lead generation tasks

-Other administrative tasks

Qualifications

Qualifications

Customer service experience

Must care about serving our clients first

Must have strong emotional intelligence

Must have basic CRM experience

Must display a commitment to continued improvement, and capacity to stick to weekly performance planning and goals

Must care about making a difference in their community

Bilingual / Spanish speaking applicants preferred
