At Lead Cookie we have introduced a new higher tier offering where we offer full appointment setting for our customers. We have signed our first several clients and you will be helping us implement this service.

We will be following up with our clients leads and setting appointments for them.

Requirements

  • Native or native fluency English speaker
  • Comfortable engaging with prospects in writing via email & LinkedIn
  • Able to follow standard procedures on handling responses while adding a creative element (i.e. not sounding like a robot).
  • Daily availability (Mon-Fri) with overlap with North American office hours.
  • Organized and able to stay on top of multiple campaigns
  • Able to oversee and communicate with a virtual assistant who handles mundane tasks in relation to clients’ campaigns

Tasks

  • Performing a daily review process to identify new leads and which leads need to be followed up with – Managing clients’ email and LinkedIn inboxes
  • Responding to leads and following up with them to set appointments
  • There will be clear guidelines and a playbook on how to respond, although some creativity is involved (i.e. personalizing the responses to the lead, adding a human touch).
  • Recording actions taken and keeping a clear diary of interactions with clients’ leads
  • Communicating with both the client and strategist on updates regarding engaged leads, appointments set, etc.
  • Managing the virtual assistant and ensuring they’re following procedures for sending client messages / follow-ups.

Who is the ideal

Someone who has sales or customer service experience (or marketing – but needs to be comfortable communicating with people).
Commitment:

Initial commitment will be part time for 10-20 hours per week for a 30 day test. Assuming we work well together, we will ramp you up to a full time work load within 1-3 months.

  • Detail oriented
  • Fast learner
  • Experienced in project management
  • Has basic Linkedin, Cold email, and CRM Experience
