Ad copywriter needed for creating real estate land investing

SUPER CREATIVE CLASSIFIED WRITER WANTED

I am in real estate profession, and I buy and sell lands.

I need short (three line up to a couple short paragraphs) ad copy & headlines produced that is creative and attention getting for real estate (raw undeveloped land). I’m looking for someone to write approximately 30 ads a week. I am paying $40 for 30 ads.

 

I will provide suggested features of the property as well as potential market segments for your reference, you get to be creative…

Before hiring, we will ask the candidate to participate in a paid trial task, completing 5-10 ads.
