Overview

We’re looking for a professional, proactive, highly organized, and systemized professional to play a key role in our growing company. This individual will report to the CEO and will be responsible for many tasks including, but not limited to:

  • Day to day company operations management
  • Daily administrative task
  • Oversee the broker’s schedules, team meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Be the initial point of contact for new agents inquiring about joining our company
  • Handle agent onboarding / offboarding
  • Coordinate marketing & team events
  • Send out weekly reminders to agents of upcoming critical dates via email
  • Create & implement follow up systems for keeping in contact with clients after closing
  • Monitor & put systems in place for consistent social media posts and follow up
  • Working with all preferred vendors, including professional photographers, contractors, lenders, closing attorneys, etc.
  • Be instrumental in building & documenting our company policies & procedures
  • Implement systems that allow our company to run more efficiently & better serve our agents & clients
  • Support our agents and answer agent questions as needed

Qualifications

Insanely positive, infectious attitude Must be a critical thinker & able to tackle and solve complex problems Minimum 3 years of management experience in customer service, sales, real estate, or another fast paced, high energy environment. Minimum 3 years of administrative experience Real estate industry or marketing experience is a huge plus Excellent attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to follow through tasks to completion A team player who naturally puts the team’s needs above their own Ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities Deadline driven and extremely organized Able to stay calm under pressure Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with diverse demographics
