Full-Time Work From Home Opportunity for Home Services Appointment Setting Specialists!

We are seeking professional appointment setters with experience converting phone calls into appointments.  You should be comfortable or have direct experience with calling, texting, and emailing through a CRM.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

·       Reaching out to generate referrals from past clients and our warm network of contacts,

·       Generate new networking appointments with construction and remodeling professionals

·       Providing status updates to current clients and professionals that we are working with.

·       Booking appointments with new inbound leads.

·       Working lead databases from our referral partners.

We are looking for seasoned professionals that enjoy working from proven scripts but that can also think on the fly.  You will be given daily training, support, scripts, and the tools you need to be successful in your new role.  You should enjoy working to make our processes and results better over time.

You will be working for the most part with a warm-to-hot lead list of new leads and past clients. Occasional cold calling may be requested.

You’ll need to be self-organized and fulfill your daily call, text, and email targets. You must also have basic CRM experience.

Success in your role will be determined by the number of appointments that show up from your bookings.

You will be expected to generate between 10-20 attended appointments per day as well as participate in ongoing professional development as well as new product and market training.

A previous Call Centre or inside sales experience is necessary. Experience in the home renovation or home improvement industry is an added benefit.
