Overview
We’re looking for an Online Business Manager to manage the day-to-day business operations, as well as implement strategic direction and prioritize activities for the business. Our ideal candidate is experienced, analytical, intellectual, energetic, and a self-starter. This is a part-time contract position (approximately 20 hours per week) and has the potential to be a long-term work-from-home contract for the perfect fit.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operations Management – keep day-to-day operations on track. Analyze, streamline, and simplify processes.
Project Management - make sure things happen on time and communicate status. Utilize project management planning experience and software to manage all projects are on time and on budget.
People Management – communicate clearly, supervise others, answer questions, and provide guidance.
Metrics Management - report the numbers. Create weekly and monthly metrics tracking system to use to make informed business decisions
Technology – Familiar with small business technology ie Dubsado, Honeybook, Active Campaign, Infusionsoft, Thrive Cart, Quickbooks

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Management or other related fields. At least 3 years' experience in a management position. Outstanding leadership abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Working knowledge of the latest business policies and regulations. Demonstrable analytical thinking & business insight. Experience in the start-up space and HR experience
