Outcomes
- Make sure all recurring and one time jobs are staffed even when lots of people quit, call in dead or just don’t show up all in the same day
- Schedule cleaners to conduct inspections as indicated on the Happy Customer Onboarding Document and provide this schedule to Customer Happiness Manager
- Make sure cleaners have all of the supplies & equipment they need to reach their outcomes
- Schedule interviews
Expected time investment
Depends on number of staff, recurring and one time jobs- typically between 1-7 hours/ week
Compensation
$500/month
Guidelines
- Have a minimum of one floater/ emergency cleaner for every 5 cleaners with a minimum of two at all time
- Monitor hiring funnel to make sure you have sufficient new staff coming in and give feedback to owner if and when you don’t
