PT Sales & Business Development Manager

Overview

We are seeking a PT Sales and Business Development Manager to join our small team of business coaches and consultants.

We are looking for a person who is motivated, works well on their own and inside a team environment, has a positive attitude and ideally has worked with a coach before and understands the value of coaching.

We do NOT require cold calling; however, we are looking for a person skilled at business development and can help us build our lead generation – a go getter who is not afraid to go out and get the business in a way that is authentic and genuine 🙂

Strong empathetic listening skills, attention to detail, and caring attitude a must. We do not use aggressive or inauthentic methods to close. We are highly selective in the clients we take on and are looking for a sales manager who can embody those qualities.

This position will manage our current sales team of two, plus be “in the trenches” with the team and handle the initial consultation calls which runs about 30-45 minutes. Many clients are closed in one call, however you will build and nurture a pipeline as well.

Strong technical skills when using software programs such as MS Office, Asana, Scheduling software, Active Campaign, and other software programs desired. At least 3 years sales and management experience preferred.

This is a virtual work from home contract position. Hourly + Commission.
