We are looking for a VA or Office Assistant based on the West Coast (Washington or Oregon) who has an extensive background in office admin to join our team.

Here are the key details:

  • We are hiring based on a strong background in office admin (specifically scheduling) and/or working for a local business such as a cleaning company.
  • Starting pay is $18hr, then you get a raise to $19.50 after 90 days of working together.
  • We expect you will be busy approximately 15-20 hours per week within the first 30 days.

Lastly, there is a $300 sign-on bonus if you perform work with us for at least 30 days.

This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented and high-pressure role. Expect to get emails, texts, calls from customers and teams every single day, many of which include tasks that must be done that day. You’ll handle clients businesses and personal details, including customers, scheduling, and coordination with their teams.

If you have extensive experience managing an office or as a team lead, phones and business affairs, this position will be challenging and extremely rewarding.

You must:

-Be based on the West Coast or able to be available 9-5pm PST time.
-Have at least 3 years experience in office admin
-Be legally eligible to work in the United States (Canada works, too).
-Must be highly organized and efficient (I’m serious — if you’re not you will not enjoy this)
