Overview

Our fast growing real estate company is seeking an Inbound Lead professional with outstanding phone skills. Previous real estate experience is not necessary. This job requires a high level of enthusiasm, professionalism, ability to project a positive attitude over the phone and a knack for getting people to feel comfortable talking to you. We are also looking for people who are self starters, can take direction, and take pride in their work.

This position will involve taking inbound calls from homeowners in Southeast Florida who have received one of our marketing pieces about purchasing their home. It is up to our Inbound Lead Specialist to take those calls and create an instant rapport while gathering basic information about their property. In addition to gathering basic information, as our Inbound Lead Specialist, you will attempt to gauge how motivated they are to sell their house by analyzing their tone, attitude and willingness to share information. Finally the Inbound Lead Specialist sets an appointment for our Acquisition person to go and talk with the seller. All information gathered during the call will then be entered into our CRM (lead database) system by the Inbound Lead Specialist.

Qualifications

  • Answer inbound calls as they are received
  • Returned any missed calls with 5 minutes
  • Gather information from callers about their property (script provided)
  • Create rapport with callers and gauge motivation to sell
  • Set appointment for Acquisition Manager
  • Enter all information gathered from caller into company CRM (Data base)
  • Follow Up with customers
  • Must be a team player and get along with other team members
