Overview
The Sales Specialist is responsible for selling advertising opportunities (including print, mail, e-mail and online ads) to businesses, colleges and organizations interested in reaching the homeschool market. This sales position incorporates a variety of tasks from mining potential leads, contact existing clients, creating sales strategies, and most importantly organizing and maintaining a CRM system.
Sales Specialist is a 100% remote position. Although part time, there is opportunity for growth. This position begins with a 90 day training and hourly pay. Within the 90 days, should the sales specialist sell above goals, commission will be added. After 90 days, position is 100% commission.

Qualifications
Sales experience Proven success in meeting business-related goals Presentation, negotiation, and closing skills Highly-motivated seller Homeschool background a plus Proficiency in Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, and an understanding of CRM programs (Hubspot or Pipedrive a plus) Excellent verbal and written English skills.
