Overview

Description:

–          Manage the administrative aspects of a Financial Advisory practice.  You will report directly to the Client Relationship Manager to assist them in making sure the Financial advisor can spend most of their time working directly with clients.

–          This role is part-time to start with growth potential.

Job Responsibilities:

–          Maintain database

–          Manage Advisor and Client Review Schedule

–          Maintain client files and record keeping

–           Address and mail quarterly newsletters

–          Manage client communications matrix (implement weekly and monthly communications (including cards, e-mails, gifts, e-relationships, newsletters, birthdays, special occasions, etc.)
