Overview
We are in need of a virtual Marketing Manager to help with a growing real estate business. We purchase and re-sell vacant land, and this position would help with marketing.
Duties are as follows:
Creating ad copy
Creating ads for posting using provided photos and due diligence
Post to our website and other online marketing channels
Collaborate with owners on marketing plan
There is a 90 day training period. Compensation will increase from $12 to $15 an hour at the end of the period.
This is a 1099 position with schedule flexibility.
