Our innovative, online law firm seeks a motivated, self-starter, with a pleasant telephone demeanor, who can handle all inbound and outbound leads generated from our website, SEO campaigns, social media, and other marketing campaigns.  The role of the Client Concierge is critical to our mission of delivering an exceptional experience to our clients, as you will be the first point of contact, responsible for making a great first and lasting impression. As a critical part of our team, this will be an exciting opportunity for you to provide “white glove” customer service in a collaborative team environment.  You will also be responsible for handling all client inquiries and requests as well as providing proactive communication and information to current clients.

We are looking for a person who is self-motivated, has a strong personality, is good with clients, very detail-oriented, and can complete tasks without being micromanaged.

This position requires 25-30 hours per week.

Qualifications

Great phone skills with the ability to listen and ask the right questions. Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills. Ability to work accurately, with interruptions. Good organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work well independently but more importantly as part of a team. Ability to exercise flexibility, initiative, good judgment, and discretion. Ability to relate to individuals from diverse ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds to build client relationships. Willingness to learn and be open to constant change. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Must be very positive and confident. Bachelor's Degree or 2yrs relevant work experience is preferred.
