The account manager is the key to keeping our clients happy and informed. Your role would be maintaining contact with our clients through phone and email, helping them work with us and get their websites live, marketing progressing, while creating five-star experiences.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
  • Follow-up with customers on project status and any needed information.
  • Weekly report to customers on project status.
  • Review and respond to client questions and direct them to the proper person.
  • Review the status of projects weekly for status, i.e., overdue content. Did we miss a task? Did we provide what we promised?
  • On-Boarding and Off-Boarding communication via emails and presentations with Customers.
  • Work closely with our project manager and development team to oversee and monitor project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
  • Add maintenance requests from phone calls and messages to our project management tool.
  • Becoming familiar with all of the accounts we currently help manage.
  • Manage designer and developer tasks and quality check deliverables. This may include deliverables like website updates, email newsletters, and blogs.
  • Gather all requirements from all stakeholders (clients, vendors, contractors).
