We’re a fast-growing company with too many leads for us to keep up with. We are looking for a self-motivated lead manager with the ability to take control of our leads and convert them into booked appointments for our sales reps.

Your weekly tasks will primarily include:
– Outbound Follow up with leads
– Identify gaps in our current system and recommend changes to take dept to next level
– Handle the successful conversion of qualified leads to booked appointments and set proper expectations

Pay Structure
– We buy and sell property (wholesale, buy and hold, fix and flip)
– This is an hourly or commission-based position (up to you)
– 10% Commission ($2,000 – $6,000+ per closed deal that comes from one of your appointments)

Required Skills
– Knowledge and or willingness to learn and become an expert in the real estate industry
– Must be a self-starter that takes initiative
– Must be able to communicate effectively with a team and help guide and encourage performance
– Work well in teams and individually

This is a full-time or part-time position for the right candidate. (We’re flexible.)
