We are a leading supplier to the hospitality industry where we provide a variety of customized paper
and plastic products such as key cards, key holders, notepads, pens, business cards and in room signage.
If you describe yourself as an adaptable, enthusiastic, self-driven and motivated salesperson with an
entrepreneurial spirit, this position might be exactly what you are looking for.

This is a full-time position, working from home to qualify cold, warm, and hot leads. Prospecting is
expected. Through consultative sales calls, you will manage all stages of the sales cycle through a variety
of tools and coordinate with internal resources (Graphics, Production, etc) through the completion of
each order.

WHO YOU MIGHT BE:
● An Sales Development Representative or Business Development Representative who has been
achieving goals for months on end but your company is holding you back from promotion or you
haven’t been getting commission for the deals you sourced.
● You’re an Account Executive and you’re looking for a position with more flexibility and not
having your manager constantly looking over your shoulder.
● You’re a salesperson and the idea of a severely untapped market excites you and you are
prepared to own the entire lifecycle of an account.
● You’ve been laid off from your job and you want to put your earning potential into your own
hands.
● You’ve historically managed accounts and you are looking to sell new business, too.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
● Reach out to cold, warm, and hot leads daily with a minimum of 80 outreach attempts via phone
and email to grow new business client base and expand existing accounts.
● Manage an existing territory of accounts focusing on renewals and upsell opportunities.
● Attend weekly team meetings to strategize and methodically build an accurate sales pipeline.
● Use Salesforce and Gmail to accurately document and track daily activities.
● Communicate directly with key vendors to manage full order cycle and ensure order accuracy.
● Collaboratively work with customers and other team members (graphic artists, accounting team,
and vendors) to resolve potential issues that arise.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR A PERSON WHO IS:
● Well-organized, has the ability to think on their feet, and be open to an evolving sales process.
● Competitive and has a desire to achieve goals, quotas, and key metrics.
● Action-oriented with limited supervision, who works well independently and in a team
environment.
● Excellent at communicating (verbally and written) while knowing when to ask questions or get
clarification.
● Coachable with an interest in implementing feedback and open to learning a product that is
detail oriented.

REQUIREMENTS:
● High School Diploma or GED.
● 1-3 years of B2B sales experience with high level of achievement.
● Basic print industry and hospitality background desired, but not required.
● Proficient with Salesforce, Gmail/Google Drive, Box, Microsoft Office Suite, and ability and
willingness to learn other platforms.
