At Forgeant, we’ve created revolutionary workforce sentiment analysis technology that helps organizations drive and sustain positive culture change through leadership development. We’re seeking an experienced Sales Executive to develop our New England area client base.

Your focus will be to drive sales by leveraging your existing relationships as well as targeting new companies, reaching out and closing deals with department directors, management and human resources at large and mid-sized companies in the Boston area. Product is SaaS technology, perfect for 300+ seat desktop / laptop based workforces such as call-centers, insurance, banking, leasing, nonprofits – any organization that wants to enhance workplace culture and improve employee retention.

We’re looking for:

-7+ years successful sales experience, focused on mid-sized and large organizations in the New England area

-Strong selling cloud-based or SaaS subscriptions or licenses.

-Proven history of selling to HR

-Strong interest in working in a dynamic entrepreneurial start-up where you can exercise ingenuity and creative problem solving to help bring a new product to market.

-Strong network of contacts and solid knowledge of mid and large size companies in the Boston area.

-Experienced working all aspects of the sales process – conduct research, selectively target and prioritize opportunities, initiate conversations, build relationships and close deals.

-Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

-A background selling tools or services related to corporate training, executive development, management consulting, human resources, team collaboration or similar is preferred.

-BS or BA, Communications, Business, or related.


-$100/demo booked

-35% commission (Average Deal Size 30k)

-10% Kicker for reaching sales targets

-Nominal base, negotiable

-Part-time/Flexible work arrangement.
