IN DETAIL:
Communication Assistant / Coordinator / Intern for content marketing, pr and promotion experience who has both excellent conversational writing skills, a high design/visual aesthetic, and a solid work ethic. Must be able to write and communicate in our Brand Voice.

Looking for a reliable, deadline-oriented person who is a quick learner to add to our team. Target audience is women entrepreneurs over 45. Our content is beyond style and incorporates business and productivity.

EXPERTS NEED NOT APPLY- We’d much rather develop someone to work with our specific process and in our brand voice rather than “unlearn” what they have previously been trained in and does not follow our methodology or POV.

*** Must be available during EST/New York business hours and thoroughly respectful of deadlines and due dates.

You will be assisting in all-around content creation + repurposing established content-heavy style brand, as well as PR pitching and outreach in an upbeat style that syncs with our brand voice.
What is key is that not only do you have experience and a proven track record but you are willing to jump into any task at hand.

Candidate(s) should be able to write in our brand voice, edit (clean up) transcriptions to use as content, be fluent in US English, understand (or be willing to learn) marketing copy as well as benefit-driven blog post and social media copy.

Familiarity with Public Relations and Pitching in our target market a big plus.

You will be uploading content to the highly customized WordPress site, creating SEO descriptions and SEO for YouTube Videos, identifying and following up on outreach opportunities for podcast interviews, guest posting, telesummit participation, media interviews, and general brand awareness in the fashion/style and women entrepreneur arena.

Excellent editing skills and the ability to use the online business tools listed on the application are an asset.

This is a part-time job with opportunity for more hours for the right candidate who can grow with us.

We are looking for one or two flexible minded people who excel in a variety of these tasks and can the experience to “own” their expertise.

— Look for media outlets to promote brand (podcasts, radio, TV, print, online)
— Pitching and contacting guest post opportunities in large media outlets
— Pitching and scheduling podcast interviews
— Look for marketing opportunities
—Look for outreach, speaking (New York area), and online tele summit event
— Researching and repurposing content for outside publications (mainly US market)
— Writing and researching guest posts based on our epurposed content
— Repurposing videos or podcasts as blog posts
— Outreach for other opportunities
— Editing, proofreading transcripts as content posts
— Creating social media posts
— Newsletter blurbs
— Understand SEO
— Familiar with direct marketing copy
— Landing pages, sales pages, shopping cart pages
— Familiar with the online business coaching market and systems
— Collateral material for online educational programs
— Upload posts to WordPress
— Help create Keynote Presentations, Webinars, and VSL’s for sales funnels (occasional)
–Ability to do both content and marketing/writing
–Also experienced in handling a wide range of administrative support tasks related to blog posting, marketing, public relations, social media.
— Have an eye for good design (be familiar with our fonts and brand colors; use of Canva, Pic Monkey, and Photoshop a plus)
