We are seeking a part-time (or full-time) Assistant Project Manager.
This position will provide Project Manager support and report to our Director of Operations. MUST have strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
Part-time positions have led to full-time work, just depending on your situation and flexibility. We are most interested in hiring the right person. There is an opportunity for advancement as well into a Project Manager once you learn the business/industry.
For this position, we are looking for 25-30 hours a week, with the ability to work more (if you want to- we can flex for the right person).
We are looking for someone Monday through Friday between the hours of 11 AM to 4 or 5 PM, EST. (It doesn’t matter where you live, but these are east coast hours.)
We are a market research company that works with a number of clients in consumer and medical products. We recruit and schedule quality candidates to participate in paid marketing research opportunities, such as focus groups and web studies. The candidates to participate in our studies have already filled out questionnaires -we just need to schedule them- there is no “cold” calling and this is NOT a sales role.
However, we are looking for highly organized, friendly people who have worked in or come from a team environment.
As an Assistant Project Manager, you are assigned the important task of screening possible candidates who will eventually take part in studies for our clients. You will exchange initial contact with these applicants, using your skills and judgment to determine their qualifications.
These candidates for studies have already reached out to us and are interested in our study by filling out an application, so calls are just following up, screening and scheduling on the recruitment side.
Must be comfortable using Google Sheets/Google Docs (Microsoft Office)
Must be able to watch a tutorial on a software program and learn how to use effectively (for example, Mailchimp, Asana)
Must be comfortable speaking on the phone
Must be detail-oriented, detail-oriented and detail-oriented 🙂
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
