JOB OVERVIEW

Our company makes a world-wide impact on people’s lives by offering downloadable products and personal-growth coaching to customers around the world. We operate with the values of transparency, trust, enthusiasm, helpfulness, and loyalty.

We craft positive messages and our online media and self-development websites are viewed and enjoyed by thousands of users daily.

In this position, you’ll help create content, interface with clients and customers, and support the company CEO through administrative assistance.

This position requires you 2-3 hours in the morning and 1-2 hours in the afternoon, 5 days a week. You’ll check customer service requests and review your day’s priorities each morning, then return in late afternoon to follow up on customer correspondence and finish tasks.

EXAMPLES OF YOUR DAILY TASKS

  • input data into our company websites
  • create and use social media to present awesome content about our company
  • keep google sheets, websites and forms up to date
  • be a connection between several departments who need you to keep things in motion
  • assist the CEO with appointment making, sending files etc
  • manage a webstore including solving customer order questions through live chat, help desk tickets, and email
  • help run our online communities of clients
  • communicate with the team and keep us all on track

 

YOUR IDEAL QUALITIES

  • Great with customer service—you like talking to people and solving problems
  • Project managing is second nature. You love making sure projects are done on time and correctly.
  • You don’t get easily flustered. You’re a no-drama person, open minded and tolerant. Things change fast in our company!
  • You’re good with change. What is a priority one day may not be a priority the next.
  • You thrive with a small, flexible team and keep yourself on task.
  • You love organization and keep everything in its place, but are equally able to roll with daily priority changes.)
  • You’re superb with details! Nothing slips past you.
  • You don’t need to be the star—you love being in a support roll.
  • You like to stay connected and will check your phone or computer for work requests often because you like to, even off-hours.

 

EDUCATION

A college degree or current college-attendance is highly recommended in the areas of English, Communications, Business, project management, marketing, or data-management. More importantly,

TELECOMMUTING

We’d love to find someone who lives in North San Diego County to support us in our Encinitas office two mornings a week. However, we are open to an exceptional candidate living non-locally for 100% telecommuting.
