Overview

 The Event Concierge partners with the CEO to curate top-notch, high-end in-person experiences. This position is responsible for every aspect of an event, from initial planning, setting budgets, presenting options for spaces to hold events, assisting in creation of itineraries for retreats, liasing with and providing concierge services by email with clients and guest speakers, to assisting live at the event itself, to evaluating success of the retreat with CEO afterward. The Event Concierge must be highly organized and competent in self-management. Great communication skills, excellent taste for high end experiences that stay within budget, and attention to detail, are key to success in this position. Your goal is to organize unforgettable events that will surpass average expectations. This position requires travel within the US and internationally, as well as the ability and willingness to drive. Can be flexible and available during pacific time.
 
This is a remote contract position with an hourly wage.
