Part-Time Virtual Tax and Accounting Support

We are looking for part-time virtual accounting support for tax preparation and light bookkeeping. Group Health Insurance is an option.

Evans VFO is a small but growing business with a 7-year track record. We are focused on sophisticated tax planning and business value enhancement for middle-market companies.

We are a Virtual Family Office supported by an international network of resources and specialists. Our network enables us to provide best-in-class, peer-reviewed tax and financial strategies that help us enhance value and reduce taxes by 50% or more beyond what traditional CPA firms can do.

We are looking for a self-starter who is also a team player. If you’re willing to roll up your sleeves and recognize that as a small business, you may be asked to wear some administrative hats as well as leverage your accounting skills, then you could be a great fit.

• Must have partnership and individual tax preparation experience
• Previous experience with UltraTax, QuickBooks, and QuickBooks Online
• Willingness to learn new software as needed, for example, TaxDome
• Hours range from 20 hours with the capacity to scale to 30 hours during peak tax season
• Ability to interface with clients as you grow in familiarity with our systems and processes

Must be able to meet and communicate with company Principal and clients during Mountain Time Business Hours of operation but there is flexibility to perform some duties on a flexible schedule.
