We are looking for a dedicated and passionate team member to help us with customer service and social media support. We are looking for someone based in the US and though this is a part time position, there is the possibility to transition into a full time role if desired.
We have a strong focus on the customer and we believe this is one of the factors that sets us apart from our competition. We are looking for someone who enjoys dealing with customers, solving problems and who can execute a variety of service related tasks and projects in a timely manner.

Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in customer service. Experience dealing with customers across a variety of communication channels both online and offline. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Personable and a team player. Basic knowledge of social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest. Strong attention to detail. Process oriented.
