Overview
We are seeking a driven and motivated Sales Executive to join our B2B corporate gifting company. As a commission-based sales executive, you will be responsible for developing and managing new business accounts across the country. You will be selling at least 100+ gifts for clients or employees, and the ideal candidate will have experience in account sales and events management, and will enjoy connecting with prospective clients over zoom.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain new business accounts for our B2B corporate gifting company
Identify potential clients and pitch our products and services over zoom
Manage and track sales activities and provide regular updates to management
Collaborate with team members to develop marketing and sales strategies
Participate in trade shows and other events to promote our products and services
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in account sales and events management
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build relationships with clients and prospects
Comfortable using technology, including Zoom and other video conferencing tools
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Compensation:
Commission-based salary with the opportunity for uncapped earnings
5% commission fee for deal sizes between $5,000-$10,000
10% commission fee for deal sizes between $10,000-$50,000
15% commission fee for deal sizes over $50,000
