Overview

Sales & Customer Service Manager
This person would be available daily to direct and respond to emails received by the business, providing technical and program customer service support. This person would also manage the sales team during program launches by facilitating trainings, tracking appointments, and prospect follow up. Must learn / understand and configure the sales and invoicing systems within Infusionsoft and scheduling within vCita. Must have writing skills and sales experience.
Receive, forward, and respond to emails
Provide customer service, scheduling, and technical support
Keeps track of things like bonuses, discounts, expiration dates, customer needs, and follow up.
Manage and direct the sales team and facilitate enrollment consultation scheduling.

Starting pay for this position: $25-$35 per hour depending on experience

Estimated hours: 6 – 24 hrs/week

We are a growing coaching company founded by Clinician, Dharma Teacher, and Writer, Kelly Blaser, LMFT. The mission of the company began with DharmaBridge, a 9-month-long group program which has run annually since 2016.

DharmaBridge and our other programs, trainings, and retreats help people find clarity & motivation through meditation, mind-training, creative practices, and group work.

In addition to DharmaBridge, we also lead programs based on leadership and conscious goal setting, writing, and couples work.

Kelly's background as a therapist is in addiction recovery, trauma healing, peak performance, leadership, Buddhist Psychology, and conscious communication in relationships.

Qualifications

Experience with Customer Service for an Online Business. Flexible Availability & Strong Written/Verbal Communication Skills. Familiarity with these platforms (or similar): InfusionSoft, Vcita Scheduling, LeadPages, Canva, Thinkific, Zoom, Asana, Voxer, Slack.
