We are a Bucks County PA-based executive search firm and we are looking for a part-time Research / Admin Assistant.  We offer a competitive hourly base salary and a flexible work schedule

The Research / Admin Assistant will have multiple responsibilities.

Research

  • Source candidates through Social Media and internal Database
  • Research potential new customers
  • Research client openings
  • Research and provide contact info

Admin

  • Put together call – email lists for recruiters and marketing assistant
  • Create relevant Post on Social Media
  • Schedule candidates interviews
