Overview
Remote assistance with logging in tax documents via One Drive, updating excel work in process spreadsheet and sorting based on date received. Data entry of tax documents or importing uploaded documents into Proconnect tax software. Updating spreadsheet with date when ready for review. Assistance with payroll tax filings quarterly. Hours will vary based on the time of the year. Potential for business buy out for a licensed CPA in the next six to ten years but CPA license is not required for the position.
About
Tampa/Clearwater based CPA firm with an emphasis on tax-business, personal, non-profits and some payroll tax filings. Most of the work is concentrated between late January to mid April and then September through mid October.
Qualifications
Experience with income tax filings required. High level of attention to detail. Experience with Proconnect is a plus.
