Key Objectives: The Sales Leader is the key player in magnifying the mission of their assigned client account(s) through new revenue generation of high-ticket sales and premium offers.  Works closely with other sales and company team members.  Ultimately responsible for sales activity and goals for assigned client account(s).

Client Profile: Hand-picked Coffee clients are 6- and 7-figure entrepreneurs, coaches, practitioners and executives with established and growing sales of high-ticket and premium coaching offers such as programs, courses, masterminds, events, retreats and more.

Overall and Industry Specific Experience: Ideally, proven, documented sales success with high-ticket and premium coaching offers, in volume and over time.  However we are open to all sales experience for the right fit.  We are MORE than open to moms who have done sales in the past and are looking to re-enter the workforce.

Who We are Looking For: An experienced sales closer with high integrity who has passion and excitement for magnifying good work in the world through their sales success.  The ideal candidate works well independently in a fully virtual and remote environment and with other virtual/remote team members.   This person enjoys being in the lead on their assigned client account(s) and driving excellent sales results consistently.

Comfortable with Technology: Working knowledge of Google suite, CRM tools, IP, telephony, Zoom.

Technology Requirements: High-speed, reliable internet service, laptop/PC capable of running multiple software applications (Google suite, CRM tools, IP Telephony, Microsoft Office, Zoom and more), noise-canceling headphones/headset.
