Overview
We’re looking for a sales manager!
You will be responsible for driving sales for our business. This is a critical role! You will need to bring leadership, creativity, speed, and energy to the table!
You will be challenged to think as a business owner, to determine what you need to do to sell property. In addition to your hourly wage, we will also integrate a commission component which we expect will increase your hourly wage by 30-70%.
Your day to day will focus on nurturing leads through our sales funnel. Primarily you will be responsible for nurturing customer relationships via phone/text/email, answering their questions, helping them understand and refine their search criteria, and building trust, with the end goal of selling a property. Complaint resolution is a complementary skill and will be required.
You will be responsible for monitoring properties that don’t sell, communicating with realtors on ways to move old property, and potentially getting quotes for improvements to be made that would help a property sell faster (fences, driveways, landscaping).
This is a daily role, starting at a minimum of 4 hours per day. This may grow to 5+ hours per day based on your performance and our company’s growth.

Requirements:
– Excellent spoken and written English
– Spanish is a bonus!
– Able to work daily from Monday – Friday for a minimum of 4 hours
– All calls between 3 pm – 7 pm Eastern Standard Time (flexibility may be required at customer’s request)
– Must respond to a customer within 24 hours
– Ability to implement feedback and improve continuously
– Sales experience

We are a small business, run by a husband +wife. We buy and sell land across the US. We sell land for a discounted cash price as well as with owner financing.
