The eight person, fast growing and fun company was founded 7 years ago by Linda Holliday, a serially exited enterpreneur, whose last business became Publicis Health.

She is looking for an experienced EA to assist help her with outreach correspondence, business travel arrangements, and general organization.

We envision this role to be in-office (in Flatiron district of NYC) for several hours a day, but we are very flexible with timing.

Primary responsibilities will include:
– Assisting the CEO with executive level correspondence and tracking
– Arranging business travel and speaking engagements
– Helping the CEO get better organized and more efficient
– General administrative and office management tasks for a small, fast growing startup


We built Citia to revolutionize the way companies share information with customers and employees to catch up with mobile-first media habits.  It is the only 3rd-party content platform for modular content that goes everywhere. Multi-device, multi-platform and multi-channel.



We are looking for an experienced admin, who can work seamlessly with a high performing executive, forming a team to dramatically increase and organize all of her correspondence and discussions. Attention to detail, high EQ and exceptional writing skills are critical to success in this role.
