Overview
We are seeking a qualified Enrollment Coach to facilitate Strategy Sessions (sales calls) and onboard new clients.
Our programs are designed for women that are striving to overcome narcissistic abuse and need guidance during the process of exiting these toxic relationships and rebuilding their lives.
Enrollment Coach Responsibilities:
- Facilitate 60-minute Strategy Sessions for our qualified leads, leveraging a script.
- Handle administrative tasks for onboarding converted clients into the coaching program.
This position has room for growth for the right person, which could offer opportunities for providing coaching support to clients during formal group coaching sessions.
Please note that this position offers fantastic flexibility, is 100% remote and offers a motivating commission structure.
Qualifications
Previous sales experience is a must. Knowledge of the coaching industry is preferred but not required.
