Job Mission:

The entire mission of this role is to provide exceptional client experiences so that our executive and author clients are confident knowing that the day-to-day of building their personal brands on social media are in alignment with their overall personal brand goals.


  • Project Management
    • Stay aware of what’s on team members’ plates, assigning tasks based on sustainable distribution, tracking in Teamwork and updating the team on a regular basis
    • Step in where needed for support, training, etc.
    • Identify and assess opportunities for refined processes and integration of strategies that will help us achieve goals more efficiently and effectively
    • Ensure all project roles are assigned within 1 business day of onboarding a client
    • Assign & oversee individual projects & tasks in Teamwork (both role & due date) according to the client’s scope of work and the social set dates
    • Keep project management workspaces current, including team member assignments, due dates, notebooks, and assets/deliverables
    • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
    • Bring a positive, solution-oriented mindset to tackling problems and help unify and motivate colleagues
    • Manage external creative vendors (designers, agencies, photographers, producers)
    • Track project performance to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
    • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
    • Monitor, manage, and document all changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
  • Ensure proper and professional communication to high-end clients and serving as the first point of contact for clients
  • Schedule social media content to post and managing social media networks
  • Assist Personal Brand Strategist (PBS) by sitting on client intake calls and collecting critical information
  • Produce social media analytical reports for clients
  • Manage and implement client feedback into social media content
  • Update personal and corporate social media pages
  • Copyedit for social media and other marketing materials

Key Performance Indicators This Position is Responsible for:

  • Set up successful project management workspaces, including assignments, due dates, milestones
  • Keep both Google drive and Teamwork project management space updated with information needed for a successful project
  • Respond to all client inquiries/emails within 24 business hours of receipt
  • Check Teamwork daily to identify “outstanding” tasks.  If a task is not completed or delayed, noting the reason within Teamwork is essential
  • Work with the internal team as well as the client team members to ensure that projects progress on time with all necessary assets
  • Send client onboarding recap email the same day as the onboarding session occurs
  • Turn around final content sets with graphics to clients 3 days after receiving from copywriter and graphic designer
  • Ensure that all project-specific deliverables are met in a timely manner with clear communication to all involved parties

  • Good Listening and Communication Skills:   These are of critical importance when dealing with internal and external team members of a client’s project.  Being able to identify potential problems and identify gaps that others may miss helps ensure project requirements and expectations from the very start.  Since communication goes both ways, being able to explain project timelines, assignments and getting & receiving updates so everyone involved has a clear picture.

Skillsets/Experience that will help you thrive in this position:

  • 2+ years of project management in the creative space with experience managing internal and client-facing projects
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of how creative teams work
  • Ability to work on multiple projects, fast timelines, and with different personalities
  • Master of problem-solving and being proactive
  • Experience with formal project management methodologies, including various forms of project tracking, documentation, and administration
  • Ability to manage a multiple concurrent projects
  • Demonstrated ability to accurately identify and mitigate project risk, forecast timelines, and budget accordingly
  • Evidence of successful client communication and team coordination throughout a full project lifecycle
  • Working knowledge of the Teamwork project management software a plus
  • Google Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Google tools, and other standard web tools and technologies
  • Exceptionally strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, presentation, writing, and research skills
  • PMP Certification a plus
