Overview

Hello,

We are a 100% online fitness business and we are looking for someone who can do some bookkeeping for us, like a monthly report of all sales and expenses (our accountant provides our monthly expense report so it would just be integrating the numbers they give us). Most important is we need our sales broken down by product type, refunds, and service fees.

We need someone who is familiar with Stripe because we need all transactions sorted in Stripe from two different accounts we host there. I’ve posted a screenshot of the very basic excel sheet I created that is just not meeting my needs (I have zero skills so this is just to show an approximation of what I need!).

I’d also like to have a projections sheet to show potentials for the business.

Ideally we would have a report around the second week of each month, as we receive our monthly P&L from our accountant usually the first week of the month.

We can talk further about our needs in person, as I’m really bad at explaining anything to do with accounting :).
