Overview

Need someone who can work as my right hand woman to help organize/establish some workflows as my business grows and we are able to hand tasks off.

You will help me establish some processes for these varying tasks. Once these are developed you will eventually be hiring and managing the employees you find to replace yourself on these tasks.

I need my right hand person that has an entrepreneur self-starter that can find solutions or be proactive about solutions that could help streamline the structure of my business.

Admin/Project Traffic Coordinator

  • email management – checking my email and
  • funneling requests to appropriate people (once those people are hired)
  • set up trello monthly – organizing dates of social and blog posts
  • customer service – responding to customers via email/phone etc.
  • order blogs for clients by the 15th of the month via semrush.com/marketplace
  • develop project timeline once contract signed and estimate paid
  • provide quality control to all projects and proposals presented to client or going out on clients behalf (social)

Website Content Updates

  • upload blogs, image, meta-descriptions, on clients blogs – 26 blogs per month

Business Development

  • respond to customer leads that come in
  • update proposal for client/project in Indesign
  • work up project estimate in Freshbooks
  • send contract to client via Dubsado
  • follow-up on past proposals sent that have not recieve down payment via email

Analytics

  • Draft Monthly Analytics Report for Client by the 5th of the following month
  • Develop monthly analytics report to provide to every client

Social Media Posting

  • includes social posts and blog posts. These will need to be scheduled using hootesuite and also they need to be posted on GMB for each client.
  • This is just posting/scheduling. There will be no content development or imagery necessary SEO blog updating
  • Posting/Scheduling of Social media content and branded image for develop appropriate keywords for post/client
    proof read and clean up content as needed

A Small boutique branding/design studio located in Anchorage, Alaska. We have had large growth over the last few years and looking to grow even further. We provide a laundry list of services to local and mid-size brands. We provide a holistic approach to clients to provide them what they need instead of just pushing our services. This entire process is dictated by understanding and nurturing the company brand.

We may niche down sooner than later into a certain demographic but for now we are focused on growing relationships and maintaining relationships with varying mid-sized businesses.
