Overview
Looking for a Long-Term Client Success Manager (Remote) for Digital Marketing Agency.
You will join a team of talented, location-independent professionals in a small but growing company.
Initially the position will be 20 hrs per week, possibly increasing based on client needs and your availability. Almost all work will be during regular business hours (our clients are EST to PST time zones), so we are looking for someone with availability during the day.
Because of the nature of the position, the person (no agencies please) best suited for this role is not looking to grow by acquiring multiple clients, but is looking to grow within our company.
We serve clients in the health & wellness space by providing online advertising services that result in measurable growth. In the role of Client Success Manager, you are responsible for managing the relationship with named clients. The bottom line function for this position is to retain our clients and ensure they are delighted to have us as their ‘partner’.
