We are looking for the perfect “mom” for an entry level position in a rapidly growing baby niche E-commerce (Shopify & Amazon) Boutique.

We are seeking a Virtual Administrative Assistant to join our growing team! You will be working in an e-commerce retail store and will be assisting with the day to day running of the store. Our ideal candidate must have a passion for babies and helping parents to navigate those difficult first months with a newborn. Prior experience in retail sales is a plus, but not required.  As our Assistant, you make a difference in the lives of babies by delivering exceptional service to their parents, acting as a steward of the store’s environment, achieving positive business results and performing operational functions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide customers with an exceptional experience by assisting with order tracking and inventory issues
  • Daily Order Processing
  • Store Inventory Management
  • Daily update of store performance data tracking
  • Market Research/Analysis

This position will expand and grow as you do. While this is certainly a part time entry level position today, we envision the ideal candidate growing into a full time E-commerce Manager for our store.

Schedule & Availability:

  • 1 to 3 hours daily – but flexible times
  • Fully remote
  • Weekends & Holidays required (but only as necessary for urgent Customer Service issues)

Qualifications

We are analyzing the person more so than the skills. We provide training for all skills needed. But a working knowledge of spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel, CSV) and being tech "savvy" will be considered a plus.
