Overview

Who you are (ideally)

1. Someone willing to work 5-15 hours per month (and could grow to more)
2. Someone who can respond within a business day of most requests (I try to indicate which are time sensitive, maybe 20% of tasks are)
3. Someone who does not have a plan to return to the workforce anytime soon but could use extra income
4. Someone willing to have a background check conducted
5. Based ideally in the ET of the US – this job is 100% remote, ideally someone who has worked remote before.
6. Special consideration will be given to any military family members or Veterans
7. Can provide references on request
8. Be able to answer the question ‘what makes you different from others?’

General Areas of responsibility 5-15 hrs/month

Activities needed ongoing:

Respond within one business day of any request

Register your individual time you work in Harvest online software

Weekly status meetings with Jon – Monday am usually 30 minutes, ET

Be available / help 1099s with time entry into Harvest timekeeping or other tasks (you will be trained)

Ensure contractors are filling out Harvest every week – by end of day Friday

Pay consultants via online bank, 2x/month (regularly)

Establish email consultant and project reports (regularly)

Pay monthly bills

Needed less often:

LinkedIn uploads (rarely needed) to both personal and company page

Schedule appointments (semi-often)

Data entry (rarely needed)

PowerPoint creation (rarely needed)

Travel schedule (when traveling to/from airport, hotels, airbnb, etc.) – not currently needed

Expense reporting (when traveling) – not currently needed

Online Research (somewhat needed)

Follow up on all meetings in advance to confirm – this would really help
