We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely. We serve clients in multiple fields ranging from medical to construction.
We are looking for a team player who can jump in and assist where needed.

Virtual Assistant Responsibilities:
Respond to emails and phone calls
Inbound call answering
Appointment Scheduling
Quickbooks Invoicing
Insurance Verification
Social Media Management
Blog Writing
Document formatting
Spreadsheet creation
Meeting Notes
Online Research

Virtual Assistant Requirements:
Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant
Familiarity with current technologies
Experience with Google Docs, cloud services, and other technology tools
Excellent phone, email and chat skills
Demonstrates excellent time management
Ability to muti-task
Self-directed and able to work without much supervision
Organizational Skills
Knowledgeable in technology to communicate via computer, smartphone, or text
Able to organize and manage large amounts of files, tasks, schedules, and information

Currently we are looking for someone who has about 5-10 hours/week with the potential for growth if we are a good fit. This is an independent contractor role.
