Our client creates empowering boudoir photography experiences for women is looking for a part time (15-20 hours per week) team member to lift up and empower their clients in a big way, ensuring they feel confident and prepared for their shoot, and supported after their shoot.

We are lovingly referring to the person who will fill this role as the Master of Empowerment, more formally the Shoot Coordinator.

It’s a 100% virtual, work from home role.

Mostly weekdays, with some weekend help needed.

Our client will fully train you up to do all the things. Please only apply if you are motivated and manage your time well because this role is highly autonomous considering the remote work environment.

What will this role encompass on any given day: 

  • Respond to many, many client questions via email
  • Ensure everyone who booked a shoot has what they need before their shoot
  • Answer any questions clients have about purchases before, during, and especially after photo shoots
  • Fix issues in the system to ensure communications that go out are accurate
  • Correct mistaken orders, update orders with any customization or notes, process and track payment plans
  • Address photoshoot no show/cancellation/rescheduling needs
  • Check email, voicemail, and texts daily (potentially building up to social media message management as well)
  • Process client gifts and coupon redemptions
  • Support on product fulfillment and shipping tracking as needed
  • Respond to many, many client follow-ups via email (Did we say that twice…? We did… There’s a lot of email. That’s why they need you!!)

The right candidate will: 

  • Embrace a get it done mindset and bring a positive attitude to all situations
  • Be adaptable and ready to pivot or change course at anytime – Not get down in the dumps (or if you do, don’t stay there) when someone is unhappy (we hate when it happens, but it does happen sometimes)
  • Be timely in responding to client inquiries
  • Not hesitate to raise a hand when you need help or are not sure what to say to a client
  • Have no problem getting in the weeds to get the job done
  • Be a rockstar at communicating with a team and organizing time around a variety of tasks in that email inbox
  • Be highly adept at learning online technology fast – Bonus if you have experience with helpscout, infusionsoft, gmail, google docs, etc.

  • This is a work from home/anywhere position – yes… Anywhere! As long as you have working internet, you can take this job anywhere.
  • Hourly rate of $15 per hour is budgeted for this role, annual comp is expected to be 11,700-15,600 depending on actual hours worked
  • Working hours are highly flexible, but core hours during the business day (and some weekends, as agreed) will be defined and mutually agreed upon

Success in this role is a two-part formula – Balancing our client’s needs with business objectives/constraints.
