This is a part-time, work-from-home position (estimate 15 hours per week), supporting the company principal. There will be occasional in-person meetings and events but otherwise the bulk of work and communication will take place via email and weekly calls. This is for you if you’re an self-motivated, detail oriented, have an interest in entrepreneurial business and an appreciation for creativity. We work hard but we have fun. We’re building something pretty special and want you to think so, too.
Objective:
The Part-Time Operations Administrator & Personal Assistant plays a key role, being responsible for the day-to-day operational needs of the principal and delivery partners. The ideal candidate is adaptable to rapidly changing circumstances, can manage conflicting priorities in order to deliver outstanding work product, on-time, and is highly organized.
Responsibilities:
Assist principal with daily tasks and research
Help maintain the principal’s calendar; schedule meetings, book reservations
Assist with event preparation
Coordinate travel, as necessary
Prepare expenses – internal and LLR client reimbursable expenses
Create materials for meetings and take notes on calls, as appropriate
Manage client monthly report process, as needed
Handle shipping, messenger services, etc.
Resolve any business systems issues
Update contacts and maintain mailing list
Periodically load and schedule digital communications in Mailchimp
Maintain physical and digital filing systems
Manage product orders for AllSwell notebooks with our preferred supplier
Track and collect required information from AllSwell retailers
Receive purchase orders from, ship orders to and invoice AllSwell retailers
Ship and track consumer sales orders for AllSwell products in Shopify
Provide periodic reporting to LLR accountant
Source business development leads that align with the brand and initiate contact.

Qualifications
Requirements: â— BA/BS degree â— At least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in an agency, creative or startup environment â— Experience booking employee / executive travel â— Understanding of available shipping methods and ability to choose the best option given the individual circumstances â— Skilled in the use of MS Office Suite: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Drive Applications, Google Calendars â— Knowledge of Adobe: Photoshop and Illustrator, a plus â— Proactive and detail-oriented â— Extremely organized with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously â— Ability to set priorities in order to complete assignments in an efficient, accurate and timely manner â— Strong written and verbal communication skills â— Please have curiosity, integrity, passion
