About The Job:
We are hiring a full-time Operations Manager to join our fast-growing team. Since we are actively bringing on 8-12 new projects on a monthly basis and are in need of someone to take full control of our operations, manage the projects needed to foster client success, manage our team, and review and do quality control of our systems & processes. You will work directly with the sales, fulfillment, and leadership teams to make sure that the clients receive exceptional results and impeccable service. We’re looking for a hard-working, organized, and self-motivated individual, our ideal candidate is driven, with a management mindset, has experience leading teams and meeting KPIs, and experience in the dental field is a huge advantage. This is a work-from-home, independent contractor role that includes a base salary, plus commission.
Responsibilities:
Set and drive organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring levels.
Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning.
Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and organizational outcomes are met.
Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention
Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement.
Develop actionable business systems and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the CEO.
Directly oversee operations, HR, and accounting, and partner with the CEO on sales management so that sufficient investment capital can be budgeted to achieve growth targets in the near term.
Aggressively manage capital investment and expenses to ensure the company achieves targets for growth and profitability.
Monitor performance with tracking software and take corrective measures when necessary, and prepare detailed current reports and forecasts.
Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
About you:
Prior experience working in a previous marketing agency setting
Prior experience and knowledge of the digital marketing industry at large
Prior experience in a senior management position
Prior experience with managing a team of local remote employees as well as overseas teams
Prior experience with CRM softwares, Project Management tools, and Zapier
Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively, and delegate work
Ability to strategize and solve problems
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and people skills
Excitement about the advertising industry and how it is evolving.
Solid grasp of tracking financial metrics and making effective decisions with the data
Developing, implementing, and reviewing operational procedures
Working closely with media buyers or account managers in overseeing budgets, utilization, profitability and other agency KPIs
Assisting the human resources team with recruitment and promoting a culture that encourages top performance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical skills that help turn data into the right decisions
Compensation:
Full-Time: $50000 – $72000 USD per year.
